About Your Speaker

Melissa Victor Totah is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Texas. She has over 10 years of experience guiding people through career transitions within university, outplacement, workforce services, and private practice environments. Melissa currently coaches adults of all ages to define their ideal career paths, review their options, and make informed choices to effectively integrate work and life.
